  TARICTIC FESTIVAL      When you heard Polillo, what comes into your mind? Have you e xperience Tarictic festival? Have you visited Polillo province?      Polillo Island is part of the Quezon Province which is showcasing some of unique traditions like Tarictic Festival.                The municipality of Polillo celebrate the province biodiversity every march by integrating the Polillo Tarictic festival into it annual fiesta. The festival start few years back a simple kite-flying competition, exhibitions, and Tarictic mascot parade. It has become a major event recently with the completion of the Polillo tarictic dance and the float parade.
